If you work for delivery you can have the full and great experience of working on a multinational company. All the perks and benefits are great and there are e a lot of investment done on improving the knowledge of the employee
Cons
Almost impossible to get a promotion Managers often lend/borrow employees to/from other teams so if you work 3 months on each team/project you don't have the time to make a impression and get noticed by management in order to get promoted.
