      Good atmosphere, good employee care initiative. healthy environment for growth but it has to be self motivated and individual has to work hard to pursue his/her objectives

      Cons

      Stressed work hours most of the times Work life balance issues Compensation is way below par as compared to other product based companies.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
