      Pros

      on top of all : Food free breakfast / lunch israel Managment is good. lot of small events happens . lots of parties Hike is good work life balance.. hardly people complete there 9 hours.

      Cons

      NA there is no as such cons. if you remain in the same company your package may not grow as expected but it will be good if you compare that package with other friends from different company

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
