      Settled life. If you want a life of less challenges, amdocs is the place to be.

      Cons

      Very less/No growth, especially for people from premium colleges like NITs and IITs People in Amdocs have "Not my work" attitude, which becomes frustrating at times.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
