      Product Base company knows a lot about business and had undisputed leadership as a Service partner to Telcos around the world

      Products designed on Technologies which are now obsolete . extended work hours . Too much reliance on on client

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
