      Pros

      Has policies very friendly to employees. Very good exposure large telecom and cable client services and working cultures. Has very talented technical employees.

      Cons

      Amdocs Champaign management are all internal employees promoted to management. BUT, None of them have any management or people skills, not even basic courtesy. Very high prevalence of Nepotism and back-stabbing politics. Their only offer of retaining departing employees - ' Do you have a spouse, we can offer them job here '

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
