      Pros

      Travel, if you like it. Working with a leader in the space, so plenty of opportunities. Work from home. Decent benefits

      Cons

      Takes a while to get used to the culture. Most do not like it but chose to hang on. Compensation policy is bait and hold, if you get my drift. Hours can get brutal. Weekend work is more a norm than an exception

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
