      Work Environment - Work Environment is homely across most of the projects. Employee Care - Employee care initiatives are in reducing line, but what is remaining can still be better than many others

      Cons

      Work Load - management wants every project to be delivered yesterday. Work load has increased to more than ever. Old Technologies - Amdocs products are still using year old technologies

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
