      Decision making Freedom. Facilities - Breakfast, evening snacks, travel etc etc etc. Experience no bar. No place for non-techies.

      Cons

      Ruthless to weaker performer. No bench policy. Though I liked these policies actually.

      lots of free programs available i.e. weekly virtual yoga/cooking/personal finance/wellbeing classes

      Cons

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
