      1. Work is interesting & challenging. 2. Per year increment is better than service based companies. 3. A component of flexibility is present.

      1. If you get stuck with legacy project, you may not see a career outside Amdocs. 2. You may face politics at play in some of the accounts.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
