      Pros

      I work at Amdocs Technology. Good culture, good attitude from management.. No Politics in my exp. If you deserve; you will get. Period. Exposure to latest technologies

      Cons

      In-house frameworks feel like restriction Dev does not have much room to innovate Delivery Pressure Since they are new to working with latest technologies, it can sometimes feel like nobody knows what they are doing.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
