      In past company was good but recent immature leadership damaging culture

      Cons

      Very poor leadership. pathetic service partner leading one of new transformation project. Highly political environment and all decisions are very much centrally controlled. No work life balance Lot of hiring and firing Poor vision No room for ideas and innovation

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
