      1. Land in to project and technology which can be way above your expectation sometimes 2. Cool environment and relations between anyone in the company 3. Holidays are never rejected

      Cons

      1. Stressful sometimes 2. Management can put you anywhere they need 3. need to adapt quickly or forget yearly bonus 4. Sometimes even have to work on weekends(depends on department)

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
