      Job is stable, has good job security Work is not tough and can learn everything needed very quickly Can learn a lot in the core and delivery divisions

      Cons

      Slow growth, less salary Outdated tech used in some projects Have to work in day-night shifts in some projects Not much scope to learn if you are in a support role

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
