      a. Limited Growth oppurtunity. b. Learning new stuff is rare. b. No change in work so stagnancy in the knowledge gained after few years.

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
