      Pros

      Overall benefits are very good, they also offer competitive salaries, and the opportunities abroad are also a good thing.

      Cons

      Poor training processes for new joiners, or even for internal movements. Unfortunately still many people like to be "workaholic" and thinks everyone should be.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
