      Excellent initial work environment, gave in to the Indian professional culture in favor of extended working hours that Indians did not mind, excellent induction training and hand holding

      Cons

      Parochial Management, rebuked me for recommending to start operations in India in 1999, and then jumped into India with full band wagon, Abundance of personality clashes, Closed to innovation and ideas ... sticking to COBOL for years

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
