      If you want big salary.

      Cons

      Worst you get high and big salary but Roles are not properly defined they offers you one role and you something different which is not inline and so it affects profile as experience letter has role mentioned as offered but not what you did exactly.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
