      Good salaries and relatively low workload

      Cons

      Incompetent team leaders. Little or no follow-up by some managers. Team leads avoid responsibility by looking for culprits instead of solutions, pointing fingers at colleagues. Resentment and discrimination from the Indian team towards the Mexican team

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
