      Good pay in USA. Exposure to Big telecom clients. Direct interaction with client at early stages

      Cons

      very less time to groom yourself for the new role If you are at client site, there is no control of Amdocs over your work. Usually dominated by the clients.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
