      Good internal management, allows you to build a path and trust in your capabilities, support is always present and good elearning system

      Cons

      Not clarity when the project is finishing, sometimes I feel that I'm disconnected from the real world because the work is very absorving

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
