      Neutral and professional relationship.. Performance matters.. Career growth varies and excellent exposure to multiple products and accounts.. Israel and Account Leadership is very good.

      Cons

      Line management needs little improvement and transparency.. Drop in hiring quality in order to ramp up over last 2 years.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
