Cons
Not much Learning Curve. Lack of Transparency, Authenticity and Trust in management. Favouritism in the team. Very Poor management (on Capacity and resource planning and Project management). Management can misuse and take disadvantage of their power to spoil the career if resource will raise concern against them. Not able to utilize the resource skills properly. Now it's not the Company standards what it was before.
