      Great benefits. Great professionals working at your side. Poor leadership decisions.

      Cons

      Salary is average, in line with market. Company hardly gives you any raise. Management is super harsh and unrealistic with deliverable targets. You don't have enough people to work with. Each employee always accumulate multiple hats. Way too many directors, VPs and executives and too less hands on professionals.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
