      Pros

      The company has good environment, culture, perks and work life balance. Also, gets to learn a lot if working in the right team and right area of interest.

      Cons

      you don't get easily recognized by the senior members. I would have expected the rewards and appreciation culture to be more interactive and awarding. As a fresher didn't receive any official recognition. Other companies motivate the employees by recognizing and appreciating their efforts.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
