      No work life balance, No one takes stand from the Amdocs upper management against unrealistic expectation of the clients ultimately making employees to over work everyday , even on weekends

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
