      positive environment health insurance benefits work life balance

      Cons

      layoffs, sudden cutbacks over the past few years. Not all projects are on new technology, many products are legacy (no microservices). internal mobility very difficult

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
