Compensation is OK. The company is run efficiently with great emphasis on delivering a project on time to the customer and it's nice to be part of a team that can deliver.
Cons
The company will sacrifice its employee's personal life, needs for growth, and other needs for the greater sake of delivering the project to the customer. It may be a good company to invest in, but it's a terrible place to work, in general.
