      Pays well enough, has fairly upgrade tech stack, currently working on integrating the GenAI's LLM models

      The eractic while giving hike and not covering the whole, this is very specific to the team which I was part of.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
