      Management in this office is horrible. They do not answer your questions, or give incomplete answers to questions. They talk about nurses and cna's behind their backs.

      No weekends ever, paid holidays, responsive and easy to contact management, great pay

      Typical cons with any home health PT job.

      Pros

      Manage your own day, rarely any office over site, can work your day as you need, good benefits.

      Cons

      Too worried about productivity, and what insurance covers and doesn’t cover, fell like it’s more about the money and not the patient care.
