      Pros

      Nice offices. Strong bond with some coworkers.

      Cons

      I felt I was hired a)only to do the work the males don't want to do b) for visual pleasure of male staff. The pay discrepancy between me and my male peers was staggering. Some management try to make it a better place, but it's an uphill battle. If I had known what it was going to be like, I would have not worked there. I recommend skipping working there.

      sufficient training period steady learning curve as they didn't expect me to have any prior knowledge and coworkers were really friendly

      distance I lived far away so it was a bit too much for me

      They used to have monthly happy hours and events to keep people happy

      Cons

      Salary is low, expectations are high. Most engineering was moved off shore when the AI did not do well. Funding seemed to have been cut and events have been cut as well
