Everything starting from HR, Manager, Directors, CxO, Infrastructure to Policies. If you are in India's office, You do not have any rights to celebrate Festivals. You have to come to office to provide Support. You will get compoff for extra work but as per IPSoft Human Act, you do not have right to take them, if any volition happens on this Act, do check your Next month roster (You will be in Night Shift for next 3 months) No Growth at all and no Policies. HR - They just Exists. Their Major responsibilities includes creating fake Email Account to write fake review on Glassdoor and on other Networking portals.
