Pros
Throughout the hiring process and during my employment the staff in Virginia and Austria were always super supportive whenever an issue arose. Very proactive in helping solve them.
Cons
Lots of "spammy" emails that applied to other employees, but not those within OSCE. This was fixed after a couple of months.
