Pros
Wonderful benefits, good people to work with, have good intentions with goals and career path.
Cons
Horrible pay, tons of responsibility for such low compensation. No real training, they basically throw you to the wolves. They set you on a career path and expect you to be like everyone else who flies through the trainings and tests. Everyone works and learns at their own pace. To many classes and dc courses to take that are very pointless at times. And meetings, way to many, most of them are pointless and waste of time. They worry so much about the members that they forget that the employees need a little appreciation every once in a while also. Oh and favoritism is a little horrible at times as well. But that will come with any job you take. I loved working here and was hoping for a career, but the pay isn't worth it and trying to move up even though they set you on a career path is hard, hiring more tellers than CLO and so on. Very high turn over rate.
