None. Sure it’s 7-4 but lunch is unpaid and you still hit traffic.

It’s a cubicle prison and even includes its own mini tyrant with mood swings. The is absolutely zero incentive to do more than the bare minimum here. This place has totally failed to adapt to changing work environments. The company was designed with the mid-low level employee needs last. Nobody is actually happy here except some who benefit from the nepo. Just totally lifeless.
