Pros
I've been here over 3 years. Great work environment, employee are happy for the most part. Good incentives and commission plans and you don't have to work more then 40 hours a week to make good money. Also best leads I've ever worked. My current manager Harold is also the best I've had as well.
Cons
Processing and appraisal department were running a little slow but management has made a lot of changes and now they are running well.
