      Pros

      Wish there were some. The title company that the bank is associated with pays for happy hours once every three months which is nice. Free food at a bar every 3 months=awesome perk.

      Cons

      You are paid commission only after 4 months or so of a base of 30k. The hiring managers will tell you that there are 5-6 bankers making 100k and over which is not true. The top producer is on pace to make 55k. The only positive reviews on glass door is from management. They bribe their employees to vote them a 'top place to work' so they can attract recent college graduates.

      - Unlimited access to executive leadership and banking mentorship - Consistently high performing bank + strong call report (not working with complacent bankers) - Leadership is full of great people - Good WLB and flexibility as needed

      Cons

      - High expectations for performance - Full time in office - Not a high praise work environment, no news is good news (not necessarily a con)

      Good pay, good culture, generous PTO policy

      Cons

      Can be very caddy and political. Cliques are prominent and leaders can be inappropriate at times.
