No opportunities for professional growth or networking in the company unless you want to make a lateral move every year. Lots of anger among employees who have stayed too long and are unable to find new employment opportunities, which perpetuates a culture of distrust and isolation. Not uncommon to see assistants crying in the bathroom. The Chicago office is not a happy place.
