      Pros

      Quiet and slow. Things move very slowly and there is very little demand and no one breathing down your neck. Leaves time to catch up on other things.

      Cons

      Too political. Large divide between management and factory workers. People are lifers in the company possibly since it was started 100 years ago.

      Pros

      Slow work days. Chances to work on projects. Operator are friendly and willing to help every step of the way.

      Cons

      Upper management has no idea what happens on the floor. The focus is largely disjointed. It’s political as well. There’s more importance put into being friends with management rather than improving things on the floor. Plus the industry is in a steep decline.
