Pros

No pros to working for American Book Company.

Cons

There are no pros to working for American Book Company because it’s a terribly mediocre company. I hate the awful leadership that only cares about itself. Employee well-being is neglected here, and the leaders don’t seem to mind the stressful and exhausting work environment. We’re often given unreasonable amounts of workloads because the leadership doesn’t care about delegating tasks and responsibilities more efficiently and fairly.
