Pros
Offer of benefits to Full time employees. Health, Vision, Dental, 401k with company match. Opportunity for remote positions due to the pandemic. Some schedule flexibility as long as you work 40 + hours when it’s busy.
Cons
If you’re not family or a family friend you get worse treatment and more complicated, time consuming work given to you. Which sucks when you get paid per job you’re given. You are very rarely appreciated for your hard work and quite frequently called out for minor errors. You are given limited time off and are forced to either take a paid day or go without pay for the unpaid holidays that the office closes for. Only 3 Holidays are paid. It is incredibly difficult to get a raise or get management to take your feedback seriously. They used to have a box for employees to put their anonymous opinions in that they eventually took down without explanation or a new way to provide anonymous opinions on the company. This job should not be as stressful as it is.
