      Pros

      None. I tried my best to stick it out and grow into the role I was hired into, but the company is beyond unorganized and unprofessional. I do not recommend this organization to anyone and would not wish working here upon my worst enemy.

      Cons

      Co-workers are unhelpful and rude to each other. The company does not conduct honest business and they treat company partners rudely. No team mentality, it's every individual for themselves. This company will do whatever it takes to "get the job done", including manipulating and maliciously going after it's own employees. Please do not waste your time applying and interviewing with this company, there are tons of other opportunities that would be worth your time, effort and hard work.

      Pros

      Not just a number. They don't see you as dollar signs. Quick responses and one contact person to work with. Very personal approach. They got me into a company that I've been wanting to work for but the timing didn't work out. It did this time.

      Cons

      Wish the benefits were better, but it's a contract.

      Pros

      Working with Joe Romano has been an absolute pleasure. When I needed a TN visa, he went above and beyond to ensure I had plenty of time to process my visa and worked collaboratively to gather all the necessary documents for my TN application. Joe truly exceeded my expectations in his dedication and support.

      Cons

      No downsides happened for me while I was a contractor.
