haha management was a joke, mainly HR, HR thought she ran the place. she was very condescending and you'd tell her an issue and she'd sweep it under the rug. if you were a company snitch you got jobs handed to you even If you weren't qualified. praised crappy workers and made the good workers suffer. training was horrendous. wanted to have you trained on everything but every day you rotated to a new spot so it was hard to grasp the job. also loved to hire incompetent people and put them on the most important jobs then wondered why there were so many quality issues. you got vacation but good luck trying to use it for a day off, it's just keep getting denied.
