Run, don't walk, away from this organization - Director American Friends Service Committee Employee Review

This is the most toxic place I have ever worked in my career. Dysfunctional leadership, ineffective staff who have made their career at AFSC and refuse to move on, and a righteous attitude amongst many staff which is laughable when compared to the way they treat one another. AFSC decades ago may have been a different organization, but the current culture is disgraceful and I wouldn't donate a penny to fund their toxicity. Every applicant should ask themselves (and AFSC HR) why there are so many unions at such a small non profit.
