Good people , horrible management - Sales Assistant American Golf Employee Review

It made a bad transition from a golf retailer to a retailer that sells golf equipment. They stopped caring about the golf and only cared about meeting KPIs and targets , the store management was great but the head office management was awful and should be ashamed at how bad they were. I think this has potentially changed now as American golf went bust and got bought over so I’m not sure how it runs now.
