Pros
I work in the Medicare division but they have a non-Medicare division too! Incredibly flexible with just enough structure and guidance to assure your success. The program that you work off of is nothing short of brilliant. The split is generous and you will have access to products that will give you an edge over the competition. You can rest assured that you are selling Medicare compliantly! The support you get both from the office (licensing), sales manager (Jonathan) and even other agents speeds up the learning curve. This is a cutting edge way to practice your craft! The company does not tolerate unsavory business practices so you can focus on selling without fear of sharks! The detail that goes into marketing and providing the best leads and products is amazing. I could not be happier unless I discovered my parent's had left me a "trust fund!"
Cons
As some have stated, you do need to be licensed in multiple states and appointed with a number of companies...but since you are in essence getting a franchise opportunity for nothing but the EFFORT you put in, it is not really much of a "con." The company DOES have a high standard to get through training...about 90% but if you are willing to put in the effort, it is not a difficult bar to reach. Any less than that and it might not be the right fit for you!
