Very small company, most employees are all spread out. Work life balance is difficult at times

pay & benefits and nothing more........badly mismanaged in corporate

the most unorganized and lack of direction from corporate not to mention the backstabbing within the so called leaders in Corporate. Micromanage and they place their inefficiency on the employees and change their policy every other day... You never know who you should take your directions from as everyone wants to have the power and be the boss rather than take responsibility for their job. Everyone has an ego problem with power. None are even qualified to work for as they are wanabees!
