Pros
One of the companies that are not returning to "return to office". We are still on a hybrid work schedule, which is fantastic for creating work/life harmony. It should be noted that the current CEO, Andreas Kleiner, is retiring and a new CEO is coming on board. Andreas, IMO, is the best CEO the company has ever had. So there is a little anxiety over him leaving.
Cons
Customer Care needs to do a better job at allowing their staff to participate in company functions. They're often not permitted to attend functions due to phone coverage needs. Staffing plans should support this.
