Avoid at all costs! - Underwriter American National Insurance Employee Review

The communication at all levels is lacking. Pay is well below market average and more and more benefits are being taken away. This used to be an amazing company but now I don’t even think they know where they are going. The goals for this company keeps changing and there is no consistency. I have concerns that this company will not survive. There have been layoffs in pretty much every department I know of. No growth.
