      Hours are flexible, sometimes have to work weekends though

      Cons

      There are systemic policies in place at American National that do not do right by the client. Company runs on 20 year old buggy computer software. Incompetent home office regularly screws up accounts.

      Wonderful co-workers and upper management.

      Cons

      Understaffed Allowing toxic management to remain in their role. Not indicative of all management as most are excellent.
